Terms and Conditions for Brave Transitions Program


Effective date: 24 July 2025

By enrolling in the Brave Transitions program, you agree to the following terms set by Touching Distance (Inh.Steinbock), based in Switzerland:
 

Access Details

  • Access to core course materials, including replays and downloadable tools, is available for 6 months from your date of purchase
  • Access to the Brave Space community and live coaching calls is available for 12 weeks from your date of purchase
  • Clarity Accelerator sessions (if included in your purchase) must be scheduled and used within the first 14 days of your purchase.
  • Reward materials may have specific access windows, which will be clearly stated.

Brave Space Participation Agreement

Brave Transitions includes optional live group coaching sessions, called Brave Spaces, created for reflection and growth.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Uphold confidentiality, what’s shared in the space stays in the space
  • Respect others’ privacy, even in their absence
  • Engage with care: listening fully, speaking honestly, and honouring diverse experiences
  • Refrain from sharing stories, names, or personal details outside the program space
  • Reach out to Touching Distance if anything feels uncomfortable; your well-being matters, and we’re here to listen.

Session Recordings & Replay Access

Group coaching sessions may be recorded to support peer learning and reflection. These replays will be made available to all active Brave Transitions participants for the duration of their program access.

By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Recordings are intended solely for internal use by Brave Transitions participants.
  • Replays must not be downloaded, shared or distributed beyond the Brave Transitions community.
  • Recordings will not be used for marketing or external purposes without your explicit, written consent
  • At the start of each live session, the coach will notify the group and seek verbal consent from those present
  • Participants who prefer not to appear in recordings can turn off their camera, mute their microphone, or use an alternate display name
  • These boundaries exist to protect the integrity of the space and support a sense of safety across time zones and schedules
  • Any unauthorised use or distribution of recorded content may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

Additional Terms

  • This program is for your personal use only. Content may not be shared, distributed, copied, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission
  • Enrolment is non-transferable
  • A stable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video are required to access live and recorded content
  • Brave Transitions offers guidance, structure, and support, but it’s not a substitute for therapy or mental health services. If you’re navigating acute distress, we encourage you to seek professional support
  • As with any program, your experience depends on your participation. While many participants experience deep clarity and renewed momentum, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed
  • We encourage you to revisit the materials throughout your access period. Many participants find that insights land differently over time as they grow.
