Talent Bridge Workshop Series


Effective date: 1 January 2026

By enrolling in the Talent Bridge Workshop Series, you agree to the following terms set by Touching Distance (Inh.Steinbock), based in Switzerland:
 

Access Details

  • Talent Bridge is a live, coach-led online workshop series delivered over three sessions.

  • Your purchase includes access to any downloadable tools or templates shared during the series.

  • You will have access to the Within Reach community access, a dedicated space for connection/support for 2 months from the date of Session 1.

Group Coaching Agreement

Talent Bridge is designed as a supportive, participatory space.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Engage openly and honestly, taking an active role in your own process.
  • Join with a spirit of respect and care for others in the group.
  • Participate in ways that feel right for you (sharing is always by choice).
  • Come prepared to reflect, practice, and take small agreed actions between sessions.

Confidentiality and Group Care

Because this is a group space, confidentiality matters. By enrolling, you agree that:

  • Personal stories and identifying details shared by other participants remain confidential.

  • You will not record, screenshot, or share any part of the sessions (including chat) without written permission.

  • You will not contact other participants privately for solicitation or sales without consent.

  • If behaviour undermines psychological safety (harassment, discrimination, repeated disruption), Touching Distance may remove a participant from the program to protect the group. In these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed at Touching Distance’s discretion.

Session Recordings & Replay Access

  • The main group session may be recorded with the group's agreement; however, any group breakout discussions will not be recorded.
  • Any replays are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Recordings will not be used for marketing or external purposes without your explicit, written consent. 

Attendance, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Talent Bridge is delivered live, and places are limited. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

  •  If you know you cannot attend one of the dates, you are encouraged to choose a cohort you can attend in full.
  • If you miss a session, you understand that Touching Distance is not required to provide a make-up session, but you may have access to replays (with prior group consent) and will be provided access to materials.

Refunds & Transfers 

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before Session 1: full refund minus any processing fees charged by the payment provider.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of Session 1: no refund, but you may transfer your place to a future cohort once (subject to availability).

  • No refunds will be awarded after Session 1 has taken place.

Additional Terms

  • This program is for your personal use only. All content may not be shared, distributed, copied, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Enrolment is non-transferable to another person  unless agreed in writing.
  • A stable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video are required to access live and recorded content.
  • Talent Bridge offers guidance, structure, and support, but it’s not a substitute for therapy or mental health services. If you’re navigating acute distress, we encourage you to seek professional support.
  • As with any coaching-based program, your experience depends on your participation. While many participants experience increased clarity and renewed momentum, specific outcomes (including interviews or jobs) cannot be guaranteed
