They don’t wait for permission, they just quietly lead.
Not with titles or plans, but with presence.
And often in moments that feel too small to matter, but aren't.

These acts aren’t decorative.
They’re stabilising.
And they shape how others experience you, not just as someone who performs a certain way, but as someone willing to listen, sharing themselves and giving space to others to feel what they are feeling without moving on too quickly.
They remind people that even in ambiguity, we still get to choose how we show up.
Because how you show up now in the ambiguity, the waiting, the not-knowing is still shaping something.
Not just for others, but for you.
Whether you stay or whether you go, this is precious time.
Time to notice your patterns.
To prepare your nervous system.
To choose a mindset and energy you want to bring to whatever's next.
It’s not about holding it all together.
